Guarantee terms
Curaden AG provides guarantee for material, function
and manufacturing defects for two years from the date of
purchase. This may be carried out by way of repair work
or a replacement device. In order for a guarantee
claim to be made, the original purchase receipt must be
submitted. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase. The
guarantee shall expire if the device is subject to interfe-
rence or changes to its original state.
Guarantee exclusions
In the following cases, Curaden AG shall not provide
guarantee services: Wear and tear of the device or parts
of the device due to normal use, or if the device was not
used, not properly maintained, or if the safety instructions
provided with the device were not observed.
Repairs may only be carried out by service partners
authorised by Curaden AG.
Service
In order to make a guarantee claim, send the device
and original receipt to your country's official Curaprox
representative. If you do not know who your country's
representative is, visit our website www.curaprox.com or
