When you need to use the mobile hotspot as a WIFI connection,
please use another mobile phone to turn on the personal hotspot in
the settings. And connect to the hotspot and open the "Tuya
Smart" APP to operate.
Open TUYA smart APP, clock + at upper right corner and add the
device page.
If you choose automatic discovery, you will find a "weather
forecaster" and click "Add" or "Next".
