(GB) 048-703 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If
necessary, remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage
compartment / frame members.
2.
Dismount the rear bumper and its inset (it is not needed later on).
3.
Remove the towing ring in both sides.
4.
Dismount the heatshield and lower the exhaust muffler.
5.
Slide the crossbar into the frame member, and then slide the plate with nut (8) into
the longitudinal beam of the crossbar.
6.
Loosely fix accessories 4;6 at points "b" with the attached bonding units in
accordance with the drawing. Remount the towing ring with the accessory plate at
points "a" with the attached bonding units, and then fix the accessory plate at
points "c" as well.
7.
Loosely fix accessories 5;7 at points "d" with the attached bonding units in
accordance with the drawing (it is mounted onto the upper half of the frame). Note
that there is an extra hole in accessory 7 ! Fix accessories 5;7 to accessories 4;6 at
points "e" with the attached bonding units in accordance with the drawing.
8.
Mount the folding socket plate in accordance with Figure 1.
9.
Adjust the towing hook into mid-position, and then tighten all the screws:

10. Reassemble all the removed parts to the car (except for the bumper inset).
11. Mount the towing ball in accordance with the fitting instructions.
12. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
13. Bosal cannot be held responsible for any defects in the product caused by fault or
by any injudicious use whatever of the user or a person he is liable for. (sect. 185.

14. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.

(H) 048-703 Szerelési utasítás:
1.
Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját.
Ha szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
2.
Szerelje le a hátsó lökhárítót és a lökhárítóbetétet (erre a továbbiakban nem lesz
szükség).
3.
Távolítsa el a vonószemet mindkét oldalon.
4.
Szerelje le a hővédő lemezt és a kipufogó dobot.
5.
Csúsztassa a vonóhorog testet az alvázgerendába, majd csúsztassa az anyás
lemezt (8) a horogtest hossztartójába.
6.
Szerelje fel lazán a 4;6 tartozékokat a „b" pontokon a mellékelt kötőelemekkel a
rajz alapján. Szerelje vissza a vonószemet a tartozéklemezzel együtt az „a"
pontokon a mellékelt kötőelemekkel, majd rögzítse a tartozéklemezt a „c"
pontokon is.
7.
Lazán rögzítse a 5;7 tartozékokat a „d" pontokon a mellékelt kötőelemekkel a rajz
alapján (alváz felső felére szerelődik). Ügyeljen rá hogy a 7-es tartozékon van egy
plusz furat! Rögzítse a 5;7 tartozékokat a 4;6 tartozékokhoz az „e" pontokon a
mellékelt kötőelemekkel a rajz alapján.
8.
Szerelje fel a lehajtható dugaljtartót a 1. ábra alapján.
9.
Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a horogtestet (1), majd húzza meg a csavarokat:

10. Szereljen vissza minden eltávolított alkatrészt az autóra (kivéve a lökhárító betétet).
11. Szerelje fel a vonógömböt a felszerelési utasításoknak megfelelően.
12. Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzítő csavarjainak
feszességét ellenőrizni kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelő nyomatékkal.
13. A Bosal garanciát vállal, kivéve a nem rendeltetés szerinti használatból adódó
hibákért. (art. 185 lid 2 N.B.W)
14. A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.
