Operation
1. Put the ground coffee into a pot. (7-10 g / person)
2. Slowly pour the boiling water (close to 92 degrees Celsius) into
the pot. (180 ml/person)
3. Stir the coffee to extract flavour thoroughly.
4. Set aside for 3-5 minutes (it depends on the component).
5. Cover the strainer and press gently to the bottom.
6. Pour into a cup (milk or sugar can be added According to your
preference).
Maintenance and Caution
1. The bamboo cover and handle should be kept dry after cleaning
(dried at 50 ℃ for 5 minutes) (bamboo products are easy to get
mildewed if not dried).
2. Strainer: Clean with water and detergent, the moving parts
cannot be cleaned in a dishwasher.
3. Glass: Clean with water at normal temperature and detergent,
not in a dishwasher.
