The toothbrush will not switch on
SHINE BRIGHT may need to be charged.
Tingling sensation during use
Due to the sound vibrations, you may experience a
tingling sensation when using SHINE BRIGHT for the
first time(s). This feeling will decrease over time as
you get used to the vibrations.
The sonic vibrations seem weak
The bristles may be pressed too hard against your
teeth. Gently place the brush head on your teeth.
