PROBLEM
After passing,
the snow blower
leaves a layer
of snow on the
ground.
The snow blower
throws less snow.
The auger fails to
get traction and
it requires extra
effort to push the
snow blower
forward.
The grip area fails
to be heated.

CAUSE
◾
The scraper bar is worn.
◾
The rubber paddles are worn.
◾
Auger speed may be too low.
◾
The rubber augers are worn.
◾
The heating function will turn
off automatically when the
snow blower is inactive for 10
minutes.
SOLUTION
◾
Replace the scraper following
the section "REPLACING THE
SCRAPER BAR" in this manual.
◾
Replace the rubber paddles
following the section "TO
REPLACE THE RUBBER
PADDLES" in this manual.
◾
Increase the auger speed.
◾
Replace the rubber augers
following the section "TO
REPLACE RUBBER AUGERS" in
this manual.

ress the grip-heating switch to
restart the heating.
