Fries can be made both with frozen fries (recommended) or by preparing the potatoes as follows:
peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, leave them to soak in water for 20­30 minutes, drain them and
dry them with paper towels; pour half a spoon of oil in a bowl and add the potatoes, mix well so the oil is
evenly spread, and then proceed with cooking.
Pre-heating
Used to pre-heat the appliance before cooking. Time and temperature cannot be adjusted. This process can
last up until 5 minutes, based on temperature selected. If pre­heating is not necessary, press the function
key again and proceed by inserting the food inside the cooking chamber when the Add Food light is on after
pre­heating is cancelled.
Add Food light
Suggests to insert the food inside the cooking chamber (Add Food). If no food is added after the beep, the
appliance will keep operating with time and temperature set before.
Start/Stop button
Used to initiate pre­heating or cooking or to pause the operation without cancelling the settings previously
selected. If the program needs to be changed during pre­heating or cooking, press Start/Stop and select the
new function.
Standby mode and switching off
When the appliance is not cooking, it will enter stand by mode if no interaction is made with the control panel
for a minute, and it automatically shuts off after 5 minutes of stand by mode.

Nonstick tray
Always insert the tray in the lower part of the cooking chamber, so that the grease, food residues and crumbs
can be collected. Used alone in the cooking chamber, it is suitable for Pizza, Roast and Bake functions.
Nonstick basket
To be used always on top of the nonstick tray. Suitable for Air crisp and Broil functions.
Nonstick grill
Always to be used on top of the nonstick tray, to grill meat, fish, and vegetables or to heat food in general.
Suitable for Grill, Broil and Dehydrate.
Steel skewers set
Set includes 4 steel skewers, to create meat, fish and/or vegetable skewers. For cooking, place them above
the nonstick grill.
