C. Mounting a grinding disc
• Use grinding discs of the correct dimension.
• Use fiber reinforced grinding discs only.
• The grinding disc must not touch the edge of the guard.
D. Remove the plug from the mains before mounting the disc
• Press the spindle lock and turn the spindle until it engages in the lock. Keep the
spindle lock pressed during this procedure.
• Remove the flange nut from the spindle using the spanner.
• Position the grinding disc on the flange.
• Place the flange nut on the spindle and tighten it using the spanner.
• Release the spindle lock and check that the spindle is unlocked by rotating it.
E. Mounting grinding discs and roughing discs
The picture shows to mount the flange nut when using thick 6mm discs.
Never use the machine for grinding magnesium work pieces.
