BEFORE FIRST USE
To clean any residue left from the manufacturing process, the first heated water should
be discarded.
OPERATION
•
Always remove the mug from the power base before filling it or before any
operation.
•
Open the mug by lifting the lid.
•
Fill the mug with water, between the MIN and MAX markings inside.
•
Put the mug onto the power base and turn it towards the steam marking at the
bottom to select the temperature.
Select for a temperature range between 80-99°C.
Select for a temperature range between 40-50°C.
Select the intermediate position for a temperature range between 60-70°C.
Note: make sure to leave the lid lock (3) open whenever the mug is connected to
the power base.

Plug into the wall socket and switch on. The pilot light will turn on, indicating that the
appliance is operating.
•
The travel mug will switch off automatically when the liquid reaches the desired
temperature. However, you can stop it at any time by pressing the on/off button.
•
The keep-warm function automatically heats up your beverage to the selected
temperature during the next 30 minutes.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

•
Unplug the appliance and let it fully cool down.
•
To clean the outer surfaces, simply wipe them with a soft damp cloth and dry
thoroughly.
•
To remove stains or scale from the inner surfaces of the mug you can use a soft
brush.
•
Never use abrasive products.
•
Never immerse the mug or the power base in water nor place it in the dishwasher.
Descaling: To descale the mug, use available products made specifically for this purpose.
Make sure to use a type recommended for plastic kettles.
