USING THE SLOW JUICER
Function Panel:
• Connect the power cord to an approved power source.
• Place one of the collectors under the pulp ejector, and either a glass or the other
collector under the juice spout.
• When the machine is powered on, all the green light will keep flash for 1 second
• Turn off the Slow Juicer when juicing is complete.
• Do not run the Slow Juicer without any food inside the unit as this could overheat.
• Do not put ice cubes into the unit.
• You can only use the provided pusher to push food in the entrance neck. Never use
your fingers , knife or others tools instead.
Operation:
After the machine is connected to the power, must press the"ON/OFF" for 2sec to turn on.
The red light continues on.
Once the machine is turned on, touch" ON/OFF" again and the motor will start working. The
green light continues on.
The Slow Juicer has 5 settings
ON – this starts the motor for juicing.
OFF – this stops operation.
REV – this moves the Auger in the opposite direction.
SOFT – for soft fruits
CLEAN – this starts cleaning process.
1. Before placing food in the Slow Juicer, make sure all foods have been thoroughly
washed, if food has to be peeled, there is no need to wash. Also make sure to cut
all foods to an appropriate size so it easily fits into the entrance neck, we
recommend no more than 3-inch pieces.
Please make sure to remove any hard seeds or pits, such as cherry or plum pits, as
it will not process in the juicer and can damage the Auger.
2. When placing any food in the Slow Juicer, the Auger will automatically pull in the
food, and begin juicing immediately.
DO NOT push, force, or overstuff the unit. The Pusher provided with the Slow Juicer
is only to use when food obstructs the inside of the entrance neck.
3. It is best to insert all food at a slow pace, allowing all pulp to be extracted
from the fruit or vegetable completely.
4. The Slow Juicer has a unique cleaning process when switching between different
types of juices. To clean, simply place one of the collectors under the juice spout
and pour water though the entrance neck while the unit is on. This will rinse out most
