Those 4 LED lights show the status of the capacity level of the battery:
Battery fully charged
Battery 30% charged
Storing
Unplug the mains plug from the socket.
Remove the battery.
Roll up the connecting cord and attach it to the charger.
The charger should be stored in such a way that the following conditions are
met:
– The charger is out of the reach of children.
– The charger is clean and dry.
– The charger is in an enclosed room.
– The charger is separate from the battery.
– The charger is not hung up by the connecting cord.
– The charger is stored at temperatures between + 5 °C and + 40 °C.
Cleaning
Disconnect the plug from the wall outlet.
Clean the charger with a damp cloth.
Clean the charger's electrical contacts with a soft brush.
Disposal
Dispose of the charger/battery and packaging in accordance with local
regulations and environmental requirements.
