APP TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom: I can't connect my App to my
LĒVO Infüs Lux.
If you're experiencing trouble connecting your
LĒVO Infüs Lux to WiFi via the App, your
LĒVO's WiFi signal may need to be reset. First,
look at your LĒVO's screen and check if there's
a solid WiFi icon, a blinking WiFi icon, or no
WiFi icon. In order to connect your mobile
device, the WiFi icon should not be visible at
all on the screen prior to configuration. Your
mobile device must also be connected to your
home WiFi network before starting. If the WiFi
icon is blinking, follow the reset instructions
below where the symptom is labeled "The WiFi
icon on my LĒVO is visible but I am not con-
nected on my mobile device."
If the WiFi icon on your LĒVO's screen is
already invisible and you still can't connect,
check your home WiFi to be sure it is on and
working. You may need to unplug your WiFi
modem/router and plug it back in when your
internet is temporarily down.
