Try to reconnect the Qware dual charging dock and if
it still not works check if your adapter isn't broken.
Check if there is power on the Qware dual charging
dock.
Is the powercord in the front USB-C port of the PS5
(the one that supports fast charging). Check your
adapter, the output rate should be 5V3A (5V1A or
5V2.4A is to low).
