control to 240 °C. Now turn the time slider to 10 minutes for preheating

and don't touch hot surfaces of oven.
Operation
Heat small dishes in the upper chamber. For larger quantities, it is
recommended to use the lower chamber or both together. You can keep food
warm in the upper chamber by using the heat given off by the lower chamber.
1. Slide the rack into the oven and close the glass door.
2. Set the desired temperature and function on the temperature control and
function switch.
3. Preheat the oven by setting the time control to 5 minutes. (The oven
should also be preheated for defrosting food. A temperature of 65 °C is
recommended).
5. Place the food in the middle of the rack and close the glass door.
6. Set the timer to the desired time. Once the time has elapsed, a signal
sounds and the oven switches off automatically.
7. Alternatively, you can set the timer to "Stay on". This allows you to use the
oven continuously for longer than the maximum 60 minutes. Set the timer
back to "OFF" when you have fi nished cooking.
CAUTION
Fire hazard! Please cover the heating element with the
enclosed metal trays to avoid contamination and to eliminate
the risk of ignition.
