the iron is heating up. Wait until
the on-indicator light turns off
before ironing.
Warning: When ironing, the
indicator light H will turn on from
time to time, indicating that the
selected temperature is being
maintained. If the selected
temperature is lowered after ironing
at high temperature, do not start to
iron until the indicator light comes
on again.
Selecting the amount of steam
The amount of steam is set using
the steam regulator D.
· Set the steam regulator to a position
between the minimum and
maximum level depending on the
amount of steam required and the
chosen temperature [Fig. 5].
Warning: Steam is only released
in a continuous manner if it is
held in a horizontal position. You
can stop the continuous flow of
steam by placing the iron in a
vertical position and switching the
steam regulator to the position
" ". As indicated on the steam
regulator D and in the first image,
steam can only be used at high
temperatures. If the temperature
is too low, the soleplate of the
iron may drip.
Selecting steam shot and vertical
steam shot
Press the steam shot button E to
generate a powerful shot of steam
that penetrates the fabric and
smooths out the most difficult and
persistent of creases. Wait a few
seconds before pressing again
[Fig. 4].
You can also iron vertically
(curtains, hanging clothing etc.)
pressing the steam shot button at
intervals [Fig. 6].
Warning: the steam shot function
can only be used at high
temperatures. Stop the steam
when the indicator light H turns
on, and start ironing again when
the light goes out.
