A bump had
appeared on the fin
side of my board
below the valve.
My centre fin will not
fit in its slot.
Moisture or water
has entered my
board.
If any problem persists, please contact our customer service.
There is a gap in the
drop stitch to make
space for the valve.
The fin slot has
tightened due
to cold weather
conditions.
• After the 3rd coat,
wait 10-15 minutes
before applying the
patch. Use a hand
roller to apply the
patch evenly. Pay
special attention to
the edges.
• Wait 24 hours
before re-inflating.
This is normal for
inflatable products
and can happen.
It will not affect the
performance or
quality of your board.
Use a hair dryer to
heat up the fin slot.
This will help you
squeeze the fin back
in. Make sure you
leave the fin in for a
few hours to set.
Remove the valve
from the board
entirely using the
tightening key
provided (turn
anticlockwise). Pump
air through the vacant
hole for 20 minutes
repeatedly.
