Deleting telephone numbers
1. Scroll to the desired entry with v or V .
2. Press 0 , DELETE ? is displayed or press down 0 until DELETE ALL ? is
displayed.
3. Hold 0 down until the number disappears.
Transferring numbers to the phonebook
1. Scroll to the desired entry as described above.

again. Enter names in the same way as for editing in the phonebook.
On Hold (914c)
Press
to place a call on hold. The call can be resumed by lifting the handset on the

Hands free function (only 915c)
1. Press
. The hands free function will be activated and the LED indicator next to the
button will illuminate.
2. Dial the required telephone number. Adjust the volume using the volume control
located on the side of the telephone.
3. Press
to terminate the call.
Please note!
If you wish, you can switch between handset and hands free mode by simply pressing
handset.
Please remember that in hands free mode it is only possible for one person at a time to
talk.
Set up for New Zealand CID operation
1. Select English language (page 1, Connection/Basic setting ).
2. Select flashtime, R = 600 (page 1, Connection/Basic setting )
3. Lift and replace the handset.
Important note for NZ users!
In order for the 0/00 prefix to be included when dialling from the CID memory the
tasks above must be done. The telephone will add the required prefix in accordance with
Telecom NZ guidelines.
Note that there may be some incoming international calls which result in number
lengths of less than 10 digits, but these are expected to be in the minority. Typical
examples are those from the Pacific Islands. These numbers will be displayed as national
numbers.
Numbers longer than 14 digits will not be displayed correctly and Dial back function
should not be used.
If a charge for local calls is unacceptable the dial back feature should not be used, refer to
page 11.
