NOTE
: Refrences to the left, right, front, and rear of the tractor are from the opporator's position,
unless stated otherwise.
• Before mounting, place the tractor on a firm, level surface, disengage the
PTO, stop the tractor engine and set the parking brake.
NOTE
: Make sure the ROPS bar is in the top position before mounting.
NOTE following steps require the use of a 1/2" socket and wrench.

Install Mounting Bracket
1. See figure 3.
Installing mounting
bracket (789-06595)
onto engine guard,
place place 4 bolts
(710-04048) in the
indicated holes
of the mounting
bracket shown in
Figure 7, and align
them with the first
and third slots of
the engine guard.
2. Working your
way out in, slide 4
washers (736-0505)
onto the 4 bolts slid
through the slots.
3. Tighten 4 nuts (710-04063) onto the the screws so that they sit on top
of the washers.
Install Mounting Plate
NOTE: This manual covers various bagger configurations. Please follow the instructions applicable to
your machine.
1. Using Figure 4, align the 2 holes
on each side of the mounting
plate (789-06587) previously
installed onto the tractor and
align them with the two holes on
each side of the mounting bracket
(789-06595).
2. Slide 4 bolts (710-04048) into
the aligned holes.
3. Using 4 nuts (712-04063), tighten
one of each onto the screws.
Install Bracket Assembly
and Support Assembly
1. Slide bracket assembly
(683-04519C) on to the
mounting plate (789-06587)
so that middle hole of the
bracket assembly aligns with
one of the three holes at the
bottom of the mounting
plate. Each hole of the
mounting plate, from left to
right, signifies the size of the
deck, showing 48", 54" and
60". Using these increments,
use a bolt (710-06154B) to
tighten it in place.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

Install Top Bagger
With the mounting brackets
assembled and in place on the
tractor, follow these steps to
assemble the remaining bagger
components.

Install and secure the hanger assembly (683-04498B) onto the bracket
assembly using three carriage bolts (710-0276), three cup washers (736-
0242) and three flange lock nuts (712- 04063) from hardware pack 689-
02805. See Figure 6.

If not already installed by the
factory, snap the vent cover
into the holes found on the
chute support assembly.
Snap the upper chute support
(731-17272) in place by first
clipping the side portion onto
the hanger assembly rail (1) as
shown in Figure 7.
Snap the front side of the
upper chute support to the
hanger assembly rail (2) as
shown in Figure 7.
Attach the deflector (731-18471)
to the upper chute support using
the three (3) screws supplied in
hardware pack 689-02299. See
Figure 8.
If not already installed by the
factory, install the bagger screen
(731-06504) into the bagger cover
(631-06539) by first inserting one
end into the corresponding cutout
mounting hole. Make sure to feed
screen under lip, as shown in Figure 9.
Install the bagger cover onto the hanger assembly, as seen in Figure 10.
The cover goes inside the two mounting tabs.
