Do not continue to press the On/Off switch after the
machine has been automatically switched off. The
battery can be damaged.
To remove the battery, press the battery unlocking button
and pull the battery out of the power tool toward the rear.
Do not exert any force.
The battery is equipped with a NTC temperature control
which allows charging only within a temperature range
of between 0º C and 45º C. A long battery service life is
achieved in this manner.
Observe the notes for disposal.
Battery installation
The battery has to be inserted in a compartment covered
with a lid (9) to prevent it from being exposed to humidity or
chemical agents during the working process.
1- Open the compartment cover (9) by lifting and pulling the
tab.
2- Gently insert the battery into the battery compartment by
fitting it into the corresponding slot.
3- Close the cover gently, the cover tab (9) will click into place
and close the compartment.
To remove the battery follow the steps in reverse, pressing
the battery button and pulling the battery gently.
Lance, Hose and Nozzle Assembly (1-2-7)
1- To assemble the gun with the hose (7), insert the hose
firmly through the base of the gun and use the nut that has
the hose to screw the hose firmly to the gun.
2- To connect the gun with the lance (2), screw the lance
firmly to the gun at the top of the gun.
3- To attach a nozzle (1) to the lance (2), screw the nozzle to
the end of the lance.
Mounting the harness (10)
The lumbar support is factory installed on the tool. The
backpack harness is installed by inserting the fabric strap
into the upper slot from back to front and then fastening it
with the plastic harness buckle.
The 2 lower straps are attached to both sides of the tool
by means of 2 metal buckles, thus allowing the height of
the harness to be adjusted according to the needs and
dimensions of the operator.
Positioning of the clamp (4)
The tank has an integrated pivot on one of the sides into
which the lance clamp (4) simply has to be inserted by
exerting pressure.
3_OPERATION
CONNECTION/DISCONNECTION
Insert the battery after making sure that it has sufficient
charge following the steps described in point 2 of this
manual.
Make sure that the control lever (6) is in the off position
to prevent the machine from spraying by accident. Also
check that the cover (3) is correctly screwed on and
fastened.
To start the power tool, press the ON/OFF button (8).
Use the control lever (6) to operate the sprayer.
To switch off the power tool, set the lever (6) to OFF mode
and switch the tool off by pressing the ON/OFF switch (8).
USE
Use of the control lever (6)
The control lever (6) has 2 working modes.
To spray the liquid, press the lever. To stop spraying,
release the lever.
To spray in continuous mode, press the lever and while
holding it down, slide it forward. This locks the lever and
sprays at an uninterrupted rate. To stop the operation
slide the lever backwards and release it.
Pressure control
Under the control lever (6) there is a wheel which, when
turned, allows to increase or decrease the pressure with
which the machine sprays the liquid.
4_MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before any work on the machine (e. g., maintenance,
tool change, etc.) as well as during transport and
storage, set the rotational direction switch to the
centre position.Unintentional actuation of the On/Off
switch can lead to injuries.
For safe and proper working, always keep the machine
and ventilation slots clean.
After finishing the work always empty the tank of the tool
and rinse it with plenty of water. After rinsing, fill the tank
with more water and use the tool for 2-3 minutes so that
the hose, gun, lance and nozzle can also be cleaned.
Completely empty the tank and keep the machine running
until the entire liquid circuit is completely purged and
emptied.
Wipe off any remaining moisture and leave the tool with
the lid off in a ventilated place so that any remaining
moisture can be removed.
Cleaning the pump filter
The tool has a particle filter at the bottom of the tank to
prevent contamination of the pump. To clean it, carefully
pull the filter away from the hose, open the top cover of
the filter and wash it with plenty of water.
Once washed and dried, place it back in the hose at the
bottom of the tank with light pressure.
Cleaning the gun filter
An integrated particle filter is located at the base of the
gun to prevent damage to the lance and nozzle. To clean
