Air filter unit for Weber carburettor for TR5-6
1. Remove the carburettor venturi (at the outside). (image 1)
2. Loosen Weber carburettor on intake manifold.
3. Adjust the carburettor and screw the mounting plate with the air filter to carburettor on the
carburettor by using the original screws and retaining washer. Don't forget the gasket
(3x V9ATRW) between carburettor and air filter box. (image 2)
4. Attach and screw the air collector pipe on the mounting plate. (image 3)
5. Connect the engine ventilating plates. (image 3)
6. Stop the air filter case in the prescribed position in the engine compartment (between wheel
housing and right-hand front mask). Mark the position of the silent rubbers and drill two holes
(Ø 7mm) for mounting the silent rubbers. (image 4)
7. Install the air filter in the air filter housing. Afterwards, screw the air filter housing on the wheel
housing.
8. Mount the air tube between air collecting pipe and air filer housing.
9. Tighten all screws/nuts. Don't forget the screws of the carburettor fixing to the intake manifold.
