off, the plug has been removed from the socket and
the saw blade has stopped moving! Replace worn
saw blades in time. Using blunt saw blades reduces
cutting accuracy and can overload the motor!
Storage of the Allen key
The Allen key is stored at the back of the saw. Always
return it to its place after use,
Starting and stopping (E)
Lower the spring saw with a compressed stop (2). Re-
lease the saw by releasing the dispenser (2).
Squeeze the saw to a constant stroke with the com-
pressor supported and supported (2), at the same
time squeezing the pressure plate (1). Release the
dispenser (2) again. Continue the continuous stroke
with a compressed reamer (2)
Vibration frequency setting (K)
You can use the controller (11) to select the desired
saw blade oscillation frequency.
1-2 = Low oscillation frequency,
3-4 = Mean frequency of oscillations,
5-6 = High oscillation frequency
The vibration frequency must be set depending on
the type of material and the working conditions.
The frequency must be high enough for the work
to make reasonable progress, but at the same time
low enough to maintain a clean cut and to prevent
deformation of the material being cut. In general, fi ner
saw blades work at a higher frequency of oscillations,
coarser blades bring.
After prolonged work at a low oscillation frequency,
cool the saw by running it without load at a maximum
oscillation frequency of approximately 3 minutes.
Use of extraction (I)
Sawdust is extracted from the work surface using an
adapter and a connected vacuum cleaner.
Place the adapter (13) on the sleeve.
Attach the vacuum cleaner hose to the adapter (13).
Using the parallel rail (H)
The parallel bar allows you to make precise parallel
cuts using a metric scale.
Insert the parallel rail into the corresponding holes in
the base plate and secure the screws in the required
position - see Fig. H.
Pre-oscillation switch adjustment (F)
The blade oscillation, which is adjustable in one of
four steps, allows you to adjust the saw feed (cutting
speed), power and appearance of the cut.
With each downward movement, the saw blade is
picked up from the material, which facilitates the
ejection of cutting dust, reduces the heat generated
by friction and increases the life of the blade. At the
same time, the reduction of the feed force allows
work without material fatigue. The pre-vibration switch
(15) allows the vibration to be adjusted in one of four
steps.
