Problem

Possible cause
The toasted product is being
toasted for too long.
The toasted product is not being
toasted for long enough.
The crumb tray is full.
The toaster is not plugged in.
The toasted product is too thick,
too small, or too big.
Solution
Turn the toasting level control
dial further to the left.
Use the bagel button for bagels
and other yeast dough products.
Use the warm-up button for
pre-toasted toasted products.
Turn the toasting level control
dial further to the right.
Use the defrost button for deeply-
frozen toasted products.
Empty the crumb tray.
Plug the toaster into the socket.
Use a thinner or bigger
toasted product.
Too much toasted product
was inserted.
