First use or after a long period of non-use
NB: The appliance can only be used if installed in a Caffi taly coffee
machine by a specialised technician. Thorough cleaning and commis-
sioning must be carried out after installation.
•
Open the door H by the handle G (Fig.1).
•
Raise the connection lever I (Fig.2).
•
Pull out the milk container (Fig.3).
•
Remove the lid from the milk container (Fig.4).
•
Wash the milk container, lid and steel pipe.
•
Dry the components and refi t the milk container lid.
•
Place the milk container in the internal compartment of the appliance (Fig.6).
•
Make sure the pipe is at the connector (Fig.8).
•
Lower the connection lever I (Fig.9).
•
Close the front door.
NB: If the door does not close completely (Fig.10), check that the con-
nection lever has been lowered properly. DO NOT force the door, as
this may damage the appliance.
•
Make sure the plug is properly inserted in the socket; the LED A "ON" lights up
indicating that the machine is connected to the mains.
•
Turn the appliance on by pressing the button D.
•
Set the temperature by pressing the buttons E or F; the LED C will blink until the
set temperature is reached.
•
When the appliance has reached the set temperature, the LED C remains on
steady.
•
Open the front door H by the handle G (Fig.1).
•
Raise the connection lever I (Fig.2).
•
Pull out the milk container (Fig.3).
•
Remove the lid from the milk container (Fig.4).
•
Pour cold milk (temperature of 4°C) in the milk container (Fig.5).
•
Refi t the milk container lid.
•
Place the milk container in the internal compartment of the appliance (Fig.6).
•
Make sure the pipe is at the connector (Fig.8).
•
Lower the connection lever I (Fig.9).
•
Close the front door.
NB: It is advisable to fi ll the milk container with cold milk (temperature of
4°C) to preserve the organoleptic characteristics.
