OUTILS WOLF GUARANTEE TERMS

We inform the user about the
importance of the recomanda-
tions included in the instruction
manual and that the good ob-
servation of them permits to
become a good working of the
device.
Outils WOLF provides a gua-
rantee for two years from the
date of purchase when the user
respect the indications of the
instruction manual and special-
ly if the following points ar
respected :
1. the guarantee card have to
be completed by the seller at
the buying time.
2. proper handling and obser-
vance of all information given in
the operating manual.
3. Observance of the prescri-
bed maintenance intervals.
Fault and defects which can be
traced to material or manufac-
turing faults recognized by
Outils WOLF, will be rectified
exclusively by our contracted
workshops or in our workshop
in the factory with the presenta-
tion of the completed guarantee
card and / or proof of purchase.
Cost of carrying of material or of
spare parts will be paied by the
user.
Repairing of the device or
replacing a defective part dis-
claim Outils WOLF in all
other obligation of guarantee.
Outils WOLF decline all other
responsability in particular in
civil liability resulting of the use
of the device without respecting
the instructions of the instruc-
tion manual. The user is

responsible for accidents invol-
ving other people or their pro-
perty.
The guarantee covers all parts
from manufacturing defect. This
guarantee does not extend to
normal wear-and-tear on bla-
des, blade mounting compo-
nents or friction disks, cables
and maintenance operations.
The guarantee is annuled if
. an unauthorised alteration of
the design was done.
. remplacement parts or acces-
sories installed are not originals
Outils WOLF.
Outils WOLF reserve itself the
right to decide if the guarantee
terms have been respect by the
user.
This
contractual
does not exclude the legal gua-
rantee from defect.

HOW TO ENFORCE ONE'S
CLAIM OF GUARANTEE ?
The Outils WOLF guarantee
is applicable only if the follo-
wing conditions are strictly
respected :
1. Complete the guarantee
card (date of buying, stamp
and signature of the seller).
2. Please carefully retain the
guarantee card.
3. In case of guarantee
complaints, please present
this card to the workshop
when placing your order to
an authorized Outils WOLF
repair center (list of oficial
worshop available by Outils
WOLF – 67165 WISSEM-
BOURG CEDEX France ).
