Trouble Shooting
Problem
Appliance can't be switched
on / off
No mist is being emitted from
the appliance
Only a small amount of mist
is being emitted from the
appliance
The LED of the MIST/Timer
button is illuminated and the
device is running, but no mist
is emitted
Water leakage
Cause
Is enough water in the water tank
Is the power cord connected
properly
Mains adapter is not plugged in
There is not enough water in the
water tank
There is too much water in the
water tank
Ultrasonic vaporiser is blocked
The outlet of the cover is blocked
Condensation is blocking the
ventilation opening in the water
tank
Cover and water tank are not
installed properly
Low temperature or high
humidity

Solution
Add water
Disconnect the cable , check
and reconnect
Connect the mains adapter into
a properly installed wall socket
Fill up the water tank, do not
exceed the max marking
Get rid of excess water in the
water tank , until it reaches the
Max filling line
Clean the ultrasonic vaporiser
as described under cleaning
and care
Check if the outlet is blocked
Open the ventilation cover and
remove the condensation at the
ventilation opening
Remove cover from water tank
and install it properly. Make
sure that the water does not
exceed the MAX filling line of
300 ml
Under these conditions, the
mist may condense quickly into
water droplets
