Installation
Place the supports facing the geographic south considering the maximum
deviations permitted in accordance with current regulations.
Assembly
1.
Connect the 1660 mm long base profile (1) through its holes in
such a way as to guarantee immobility. Fig. 2 shows the distances
between connection holes.
2.
Connect the 1667 mm long profile (2) to the base profile using the
set of M8 nuts and screws (9)(11). Fig. 4.
3.
Connect the 1009 mm long profile (3) to the base profile and 1667
long profile (2) using the two sets of M8 nuts and screws (9)(11)
Fig. 4.
The angle of tilt of the panels is determined by the geographical
latitude B and the period in which the installation will be used, in
accordance with the following values:
-Annual use with constant use
-Preferential use in winter
-Preferential use in summer
Fig. 5 shows the position of the connecting screws for both profiles
depending on the desired angle of tilt.

4.
Now assemble the second and third support kits using the as-
sembly process described above. The gap between the supports
is shown in Fig.3
5.
Connect the two 2452-mm long profiles (4) to the tilted supports
using four sets of hammerhead screws and nuts (11)(12). The head
of the screw should be inserted in the lower slot of the profile. Figs.
6 and 7.
The pin of the profiles should be positioned as shown in Figs
6 and 7 so as to be able to connect the panel.
6.
To assemble a supplementary support for an additional panel,
assemble a support kit in accordance with the method described
above, connect the two 1224 mm long profiles (5) to the tilted
supports using the two sets of hammerhead screws and nuts (11)
(12). Finally, connect the two beams (4) and (5) using the two flats
(6) joined using nuts (11). Figs. 8 and 9

7.
Assemble the remaining support kits in the row of panels in
2
accordance with the process described above.
2
8.
Unpack the panel and check that it is in perfect working order and
has not been damaged in transit or during previous handling.
2
9.
Position the panel by supporting it on the lower beam (4) or (5) in
-
such a way that the tongue of its box is inserted into the pin-shaped
slot. Fig. 10.
2
10.
Place a plate with tie screw (13) in the upper beam (4) or (5).
-
Insert the flat (8) into the slot of the panel box and connect without
tightening the tie screw completely, using the nut (11). Fig. 11.
2
11.
Position the second panel and connect the hydraulics as shown
-
in the instructions for the ICS-PS 2.0 connection kit.
6
12.
Position the flat (8) in such a way that it is inserted in the slot of
the box of the two consecutive panels and tighten the nut (11).

13.
Assemble the remaining panels in the row in accordance with the
procedure described above.
-
14.
Position a hammerhead screw (12) at the end of the upper beam
(4) or (5) by inserting its head in the upper slot. Insert the flat (7)
in the slot of the box of the panel and connect it to the screw using
the nut (11). Perform the same operation at the other end of the
row of panels. Fig. 12.
15.
Connect the hydraulics of the row of panels to the installation as
shown in the instructions for the CH-PS 2.0 connection kit.
