Operating instructions for a tilting material stand
with manually operated hydraulic system
1.1
Intended use
The device is used for the lifting of goods in manufacturing and warehousing
operations. The device is intended to facilitate work. The transport of personnel
is not permitted. Use only on a flat, stable surface with a sufficient load capacity.
1.2
Commissioning
Before commissioning, the correct attachment of the rollers and the tightness of
the hose connection and of the hydraulic components is to be ascertained.
1.3
Handling and operation
Before lifting a load with the manually operated hydraulic system, at least two of
the steering rollers must be blocked using the locking lever.
The load is lifted or lowered by turning the crank.
The slope of the loading surface must be adjusted only when there is no load.
1.4
Maintenance and repairs
The device is essentially maintenance-free. In case repairs are needed, we
always recommend that original BEG parts be used.

Testing according to the regulations for the prevention of accidents (UVV) & the
institution for statutory accident insurance and prevention in the administrative
sector (VBG)
Warning! The device must be inspected at least once a year by a professional.

attached.
