TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The equipment won't switch on.
The control buttons don't work.
The lever doesn't close
completely.
The capsule gets stuck in the
capsule holder housing.
Luminous alerts appear which are
not described in the manual.

SOLUTION
Confirm whether the electrical plug
has been fitted into the respective
socket properly and whether the
On/Off general button is appropriately
switched.
Check whether a capsule has been
retained inside the extraction unit.
Open and close the lever again until
observing that the extraction unit is
clear and unblocked.
Check whether the used capsule
tank is full. Where necessary, empty
it and put the empty tank back in its
specified position.
