Pool Alarm is an electronics monitoring system that automatically
sounds an alarm when children or pet fall into your unsupervised pool
and prevent the drowning.
WARNING
1. This device is not intended to replace any other safety consideration,
adult supervision, lifeguards, fences, gates, pool covers, locks, etc.,
and some devices may not detect gradual entry.
2. Keep the Remote Alarm Receiver beyond children's reach.
3. This product is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
product by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with this product.
4. Be sure to test varied levels of the sensitivity before each use.
5. Make sure you don't forget to install the battery so the Pool Alarm
works without electricity.
6. Apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no
objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the
apparatus.
7. Batteries shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine,
fire or the like.
8. The main plug is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect
device shall remain readily operable.
9. Wind or rain will affect the Pool Alarm.
10. Tight the Pool Surface Alarm before each use and make it
waterproof.
11. Don't leave Pool Surface alarm in pool while swimming.
12. Don't drop your Pool Alarm, it may break.
13. Don't leave your Pool Surface Alarm in pool immediately after
swimming.
14. The Remote Alarm Receiver has to be placed on the same level or
a level above the pool in the house (do not place receiver in an
underground basement). The ideal location for your Remote Alarm
Receiver would be by a window overlooking your pool. Test your
Remote Alarm Receiver in different locations in your house to find
the best working place for your receiver.
15. Remove the battery before this product is disposed, returned or
scrapped. Batteries contain hazard substances and are to be
disposed properly. Please do not dispose the batteries with general
household waste.
16. When the Pool Surface Alarm is not in use, be sure to unplug the
Remote Alarm Receiver.

Operation:
1. The Pool Surface Alarm battery installation/replacement
a) Screw off the bottom cover of the Pool Surface Alarm.
b) Carefully pick out battery connector; do not pull or jerk.
c) Insert standard 9V battery to the battery connector. (See Fig 1)(
Battery not included)
d) Put them into the battery shelf. (See Fig 2)
e) Replace the bottom cover of the Pool Surface Alarm and screw
tightly. It is ready for use.
IMPORTANT: Please remove the battery if you will not use the Pool
Alarm for a long period of time.
2. Float the Pool surface Alarm onto the calm pool water.
3. Plug the Remote Alarm Receiver; make sure the Remote Alarm
Receiver is not more than 25m away from the Pool surface Alarm
floating on the pool water. (It should be nearer when having barriers
between them.) Then the light on Remote Alarm Receiver turn from red
to green, the Pool Alarm is ready.

NOTE: Test the Pool Alarm and make sure it available before each use.
a) When received the alarm signal, the light on Remote Alarm Receiver
turns from green to red and fast twinkling, the Remote alarm receiver
will be activated with "beep".
b) To stop the alarm, press the release button on the Pool surface
Alarm, the indicator light below the released button turns red, the
alarm will release.
4. When the light on Remote alarm receiver turns from green to red and
twinkling by certain interval, it shows low battery. Please replace the
battery as previous mentioned.
5. The detected bolt at the rim of the Pool surface Alarm can be
adjusted according to required alarm sensitivity. When the detected bolt
end immerses in the water, the Pool Alarm will active.
If you need little water wave can cause alarm sounded, decrease the
detected bolt height. If you need high water wave can cause alarm
sounded, raise the detected bolt. NOTE: The detected bolt can't be
reached to water level. (See Fig 3)
