If you are having trouble with your stethoscope-style headphones, please carry out the basic checks
listed below. If you cannot solve the problem by following the instructions below, contact your store's
service department.
• No sound:
» Check that the mains adapter is plugged into the power outlet properly.
» Check that the power cord is plugged into the back of the base transmitter correctly.
» Check that the on/off switch on the headphones is set to "ON".
» Check that the sound source is switched on, correctly connected to the AUDIO IN port on the base
transmitter, and that it is transmitting sound.
» Check that the base transmitter is connected to an audio output (generally indicated by the words
OUT or OUTPUT on televisions).
» The headphones may not have enough battery. Recharge the battery.
» Check that the headphone's volume control button is not set to minimum. If it is, turn up the volume.
• Transmission problem between the headphones and the base:
» Your sound source volume is too high or low, which is causing disruption. Adjust the volume on your
sound source.
» The headphones may not have enough battery. Recharge the battery.
» The headphones are too far from the base transmitter. The maximum range is 20 meters.
» The audio signal volume is too low. Turn up the volume on your sound source.
• The switch on the headphones is set to ON but the indicator light does not come on:
» The headphones have been deactivated because they haven't detected a signal for a certain period of
time. Slide the switch on the headphones to OFF, then put it back to ON to activate the headphones.
The bass/treble setting button allows you to choose between
3 modes. Keep pressing the button until you select your chosen
mode.
