You can repair your device for free in 12 months since purchase date. Please
contact with Pico if you need repair services.
Warranty Tips
The Limited Warranty does not cover:
1. Defects or damage resulting from improper usage, maintenance or storage
not included in this manual;
2. Packing box or gifts other than the main device;
3. Defects or damage resulting from unauthorized dismantling, alteration and
maintenance;
4. Damage caused by force majeure such as fire, flood and lightning, etc.;
5. The product has exceeded the valid period of the warranty.
