LIGHT FIXTURE ASSEMBLY - HARDWARE BAG OLF/

NOTE: Two people are recommended for the
light fixture assembly.
1. Attach the light fixture support frame to the vertical
uprights using the 3/8 x 1" Allen cap screws and 3/8"
strut nuts. (See Figure 9)
2. Attach the light fixture to the light support crossbeam
with 3/16 x 2¾" Allen head bolts, 1/4" finish washers,
1/4" flat washers and 3/16" locknuts. (See Figure 9)
NOTE: Remove knockouts from light fixture
before attaching to light support crossbeam.
3. Mount the light support crossbeam to the light
support frame using the two knobs, and black and
white washers. (See Figure 9)
SHELF ASSEMBLY - HARDWARE BAG CPSL/A7042/

1. Choose desired height on vertical uprights and
mount shelf brackets using 3/8 x 1" Allen cap bolts
and 3/8" strut nuts. (See Figure 10)
2. Lay 12 x 60" ESD shelf on brackets with equal
overhang on each side.
3. Install 3/4" wood screws into underside of shelf
support crossbeam ends and through shelf
support brackets to secure the shelf. (Two people
recommended) (See Figure 10)
4. Install remainder of 3/4" wood screws to secure shelf
to the shelf support crossbeam. (See Figure 10)
BIN HOLDER ASSEMBLY - HARDWARE BAG BH/

1.
Fasten L-shaped metal bin holder to vertical uprights
at desired height using 3/8 x 1" Allen cap screws and
3/8" strut nuts. (See Figure 11)
ELECTRICAL STRIP ASSEMBLY - HARDWARE BAG

1.
Fasten the electrical strip mounting rail to the
vertical uprights using 3/8 x 1" Allen cap screws and
3/8" strut nuts. (See Figure 12)
2. Secure the electrical strip to the mounting rail as
shown using 3/16 x 3/8" round head screws and 3/16"
nuts. (See Figure 12)
