Technical description

Operation

Please follow the steps below before first usage of your contact-grill:
■
Connect the equipment into a grounded single outlet. The unit must be grounded
in a sufficient manner.
■
Turn on the unit by pressing the POWER-switch. The power indicator light (red)
lights up.
■
Preheat the device at 200°C and leave it on for about 1 hour. Escaping industrial
fats from inside can lead to smoke. This smoke is not harmful and will be there no
longer on subsequent use of the device.
■
Spray griddle plates with a release fat for three to four times. Thus, the rough-cast
pores will be closed and there is a separate coating.
