Three Party Conference Call
To place a three party conference call:
• Pick up the handset.
• Press the "LINE 1" key, wait for a dial tone, then dial the phone
number desired.
• After connected, press the "Hold" key under the "LINE 1" key.
• Press the "LINE 2" key, wait for a dial tone, then dial the phone
number desired.
• After connected, press the "CONF" key. This will allow all three
parties to conference. At this point, both LINE 1 and LINE 2 keys
will be lit solid green.
• When finished with the three party call, hang up the handset. This
will disconnect the calls.
While in three-way conference mode, if you wish to speak with one
party and place the other party on hold:
• Press the "LINE" key (1 or 2) of the party you wish to speak with.
• Press the "HOLD" key located under the "LINE" key of the party you
wish to place on hold.
• You then speak with the desired party.
While in three-way conference mode, if you wish to speak with one
party and disconnect the other party:
• Press the "LINE" key (1 or 2) of the party you wish to speak with; then
press the corresponding "HOLD" key located under that "LINE" key.
• Press the"Hook Switch"and the other party is now disconnected.
• You then speak with the desired party.
To conference when you are on the phone and another call comes in:
• Press the "HOLD" key located under the "LINE" key (1 or 2) of the party
you are speaking with.
• Press the "LINE" key (1 or 2) of the incoming call.
• Press the "CONF" key to allow all three parties to conference.
When you are conferencing, if you only want to connect with one Line
but keep another line on hold:
• Press the line key you want to hold then press the corresponding
"Hold Line" key.
• Press the line key you want to connect, you can talk with the
desired party.
Line Status
Your CONAIRPHONE TM has Line Status indication that will tell you if
someone is using Line 1 or Line 2 from an extension phone. Before
placing a call, look at the green Line Status LED. If the LED is lit solid,
the line indicated is in use. NOTE: Four AAA batteries (not included)
must be installed for this feature to function. Refer to the battery
installation (page 5).

MEMORY FEATURES
Your CONAIRPHONE TM is equipped with 10 memories for programming
your most frequently dialed telephone numbers. You can store up to 16
digits in each of the numeric keys 0 through 9 by following these steps:
To Program Frequently Called Numbers
STORE STORE
1. Pick up Handset.
2. Press STORE.
3. Dial phone number.
7. Write name of party stored in corresponding memory
location on Memory Index Card.
To Retrieve Frequently Called Number
MEM
1. Pick up Handset.
2. Press MEMORY.
Changing a Stored Number
STORE STORE
1. Pick up Handset.
2. Press STORE.
3. Dial new phone
number.

4. Press STORE again.
5. Press numeric key
0-9. Hang up.
6. Your number is now
stored.
3. Press numeric
key 0-9.
4. Your call will
automatically be
dialed.
4. Press STORE
again.
5. Press number
key (0-9).
