The max input current is 400mA or 10A (depending on where the red testing
lead plug in), overload will blow the fuse; be careful at 10A range because
of not fuse. With respect to the ground the instrument should noy be
connect to a voltage higher than 500V.

Resistance measurement

• Set the knob to Ω range.
• Apply the black test lead to "COM" terminal.
• Apply the red test lead to "V - Ω - Hz - CAP - TEMP" terminal.
• Connect the leads to the resistor under measured.
Note: if resistance is over the selected range value, "1" will display thus, should set
the range knob to a higher range, when resistance is over 1MΩ, it should take a
few minutes to be stable, it's normal at high resistance measurement.
When input terminal is open, overload displays.
When measuring resistance on line, be sure power is turned off and
all capacitors are released. Never input voltage at this range.

Capacitance measurement

• Set the knob to CAP range.
• Apply the black test lead to "COM" terminal.
• Apply the red test lead to "V -Ω - Hz - CAP - TEMP" terminal. (The polarity of
the red lead is "+").
• Connect the leads to the capacitor under measured.
Note: release all capacitors completely before measuring. The
capacitors under measured should not be connected to other
components.

Frequency measurement

• Set the knob to Hz range.
• Apply the black test lead to "COM" terminal.
• Apply the red test lead to "V - Ω - Hz - CAP - TEMP" terminal.
• Connect the meter to the circuit under measured.
Note: Input sensivity > 0,7V

Diode and continuity test

• Set the knob to "
• Apply the black test lead to "COM" terminal.
• Apply the red test lead to "V - Ω - Hz - CAP - TEMP" terminal. (The polarity of
the red lead is "+").
• Connect the test leads to the diode under measured, and the red leads connects
to positive polarity, the reading is approx. forward voltage drop value.
• Connect the test leads to the circuit under measured, if buzzer sounds, the
resistance between the two points is less than approx. 70 + 20 Ω.
Note: do not measure voltage at current.
