Before You Begin Using the Brrrn Board™ + Brrrn At-Home™ On-Demand Fitness program:
WARNING: Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before beginning any exercise
program. Exercise is not without its risks and improper use of the Brrrn Board™ or any other exercise
program or tool may result in injury. If at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy
or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult a medical professional. The
materials and content contained in this booklet, our on-demand workouts, our email newsletters,
our website or other channels of communication are for general health information only and are
not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. By utilizing
the Brrrn Board™ or opting into our on-demand subscription, you are agreeing to accept full
responsibility for your decisions and agreeing to hold harmless Brrrn Interactive, LLC, its agents,
employees, contractors and any affiliated companies from any liability with respect to injury or illness
to you or your property arising out of or connected with your use of the Brrrn Board™ and Brrrn At-

WARNING: Adult supervision is required at all times when children are in the area of the
Brrrn Board™.
WARNING: Do not leave the Brrrn Board™ unattended when not in use unless it is stored safely
under an object like a couch or a bed away from any walking paths.
WARNING: Leaving the board out on the ground unattended could result in tripping over a bumper
or slipping on it and serious injury.
WARNING: Do not store your Brrrn Board™ in the upright, vertical position (i.e., bumpers parallel to
the floor and ceiling) or horizontal positions (i.e., bumpers perpendicular to the floor) leaned against
a wall if you have children or pets in your house. Doing so could result in the board falling on the child
or pet and cause serious injury and harm.
CAUTION: Be aware of speed changes to the surface of the Brrrn Board™ that could lead to injury,
due to a smoother, more slippery surface after applying the board care spray and/or wipes prior
to use.
Don't store the board in the
upright, vertical position.
BRRRN BOARD™ GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Use the following guidelines to use your Brrrn Board™ safely. When using this product, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including the following:
CAUTION: Be aware of speed changes to the surface of the Brrrn Board™ that could lead to injury, due
to a smoother, more slippery surface after applying the board care spray and/or wipes prior to use.
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Be sure to clean the Brrrn Board™ floor area of use of small pebbles, stones, and/or dirt and move all
objects away from the Brrrn Board™ area for safety. If necessary, have a person stand behind you for
spotting purposes.
3. The sliding surface will get scratched with normal wear and tear. This will not, however, hinder the sliding
action. If the sliding surface is too slow, apply a small amount of polishing spray or wipes and wipe down the
entire surface of the Brrrn Board™.
4. The Brrrn Board™ is safe when used properly, however, a helmet as well as wrist guards, knee and elbow
pads are strongly recommended for maximum protection.
5. Always wear clean booties (booties can be machine washed).
6. Do not wear Brrrn Board Booties™ on any surface other than the Brrrn Board™. If the booties are worn
away from and off the Brrrn Board™, they pick up particles, which can affect the surface of the board,
causing more friction or less friction in certain spots over others.
7. Do not slide on a damaged board (e.,g., crack or chip in the board, broken bumper, etc.).
8. This product is intended for exercise only.
9. Close supervision is necessary when the Brrrn Board™ is used by or near children.
10. Do not leave the Brrrn Board™ unattended when not in use, especially in the presence of children or adults
with an increased risk of falling.
11. Do not leave the Brrrn Board™ accessories, including the spray or wipes unattended in the presence of
children or pets, when not in use.
12. Save these instructions.
