Cleaning cycle

• Clean the water container and accessories before first use.
• Cleaning the pump is essential to the longevity of the fountain.
Please clean the pump every week.
• Clean the water container every two weeks, increasing the frequency according
to the animal's habits and the quality of the water.
• Clean every new (first use) filter under running water and soak it for 10 minutes.
• Clean the filter once a week. Replace the filter every 2 months. Increase
frequency when multiple animals shared.

Cleaning the product

• Rinse all parts, except the power adapter.
• Dry the product after cleaning.
Storage
• Store in a cool and dry place away from children and pets
• Avoid any vibrations and shocks

Q: What if the product does not work and there is no water come out?
A: Please check if the water in the water container reaches the minimum water
level.
Q: The water container has water, it is connected normally, but no water is
pumped out?
A: Please check if the adapter plug is damaged. If you still can't resolve the
problem by replacing the adapter, please contact customer service.
Q: Why is the pump noisy after using for a while?
A: Please check if the water level of the pet water fountain is higher than the pump.
Because if the water level is lower than the pump, the pump may make noise.
