This equipment works through the Wi-Fi of your installation, verify that where it
is installed there is good coverage. If not, the equipment will work intermittently
or may not work.
On the other hand, the IP's assignment by the router must have the dynamic IP
assignment active. Normally all the routers except in offices and companies
usually have them active. The easiest thing is to pick up the phone and connect
to the Wi-Fi, verifying that there is a connection and internet.
