Memory Mode
Recalling Memories:
1. Begin with the unit turned off.
2. Press and hold the POWER button for
approximately 3 seconds until the most
recent memory is shown, then release.
3. Press and release the POWER button
again and again to scroll through the
remaining previous memories.
Etc. . .
4. When you are finished viewing the
stored memories, discontinue
pressing the POWER button. After a
short pause, you will hear 2 beeps
indicating the unit is ready to take a
new measurement.

Memory Mode
Deleting Memories:
If you choose to delete memories on the
thermometer, this may be done after
step 2 or 3 of Recalling Memories.
It is not necessary to delete memories, it
is simply an option. Oldest memories will
automatically be deleted as you take new
measurements. Removing the batteries
will also delete all memories from the unit.
~ NOTE ~
ALL memories will be deleted in this process,
you cannot delete just one single memory

Cleaning and Care
Do not drop the unit or
expose to heavy or electric
shock as this will adversely
affect it's performance.
Unit is not shock proof.
Wipe the tip and probe with
a cotton swab moistened
with rubbing alcohol, or use
an alcohol wipe, before and
after each use. Then wait
at least 2 minutes to allow
the unit to readjust to room
temperature before taking
another measurement.
If necessary, use only a
soft cloth to clean the body
of the thermometer. Avoid
using thinner, benzene or
other harsh cleaners.
Do not use an abrasive
cleanser and NEVER
submerge the thermometer
in water or any other liquid.
Remove the batteries if the

thermometer will not be
used for a long period of
time.
Do not expose the unit to
extreme temperatures (cold
or hot), humidity or direct
sunlight. Thermometer
should be stored at normal
room temperature.

Troubleshooting

Message
Instruction
The temperature measured
was higher than the
specified measuring range.
Wait 2 minutes and try again.
The ambient (room)
temperature was outside the
operating range. Keep unit
at room temperature
( approx . 60-104°F / 16-40°C)
for 30 minutes prior to using.
Movement or poor contact
caused the unit to stop
measuring. Thermometer
will turn off automatically.
Make sure both skin and
probe are clean (
see Cleaning
). Wait 2
and Care page 10
minutes and measure again
being careful not to move
probe while measuring.
The thermometer has
malfunctioned, please
contact distributor.
Indicates a low battery
condition. Replace with 2
new AAA batteries as
soon as possible.
Batteries are dead and must
