10. Troubleshooting

The display is not showing anything:
Cause
Batteries are empty
Batteries have been
inserted incorrectly
The display is not showing any weather data:
Cause
Distance from the
i@Sky USB adapter is
too great
i@Sky USB adapter
has not been
connected
i@Sky PC program
has not been
installed
i@Sky PC program
is not active
Remedy
Insert new batteries.
Check whether the batteries have
been inserted with the correct pola-
rity observed (+ / -).
Remedy
The display is not receiving any data.
Reduce the distance from the i@Sky
USB adapter. A minimum distance of
50 cm should always be maintained
between the display and the USB
adapter.
Connect the i@Sky USB adapter to
the USB port on your PC so that
weather data can be transmitted to
the display.
Install the i@Sky program as de-
scribed in this manual, and start it
up in order to enable weather data to
be obtained from the Internet portal
and transmitted to the station via the
USB adapter.
Start the i@Sky program by double-
clicking the i@Sky icon on either the
desktop or the start menu.
