3. APPLICATION
The hedge trimmer should only be used for trimming hedges, bushes and shrubs. Other use of
the trimmer, not included in this manual, could damage the trimmer or seriously injure the
operator and is therefore expressively excluded from the application range.
WARNING! For your own safety, read this manual and general safety instructions
carefully before using the appliance. Your power tool should only be passed on together
with these instructions.
4. SYMBOLS
In accordance with essential applicable safety standards of European directives
Class II - The machine is double insulated; Earthing wire is therefore not necessary.
Read instructions carefully.
Wear eye and hearing protection.
Wear head protection, where there is a risk of falling objects.
Do not expose to rain
Remove the plug from the mains.
Danger of injury from flying parts! Always maintain a sufficiently safe distance.
Should your appliance need replacement after extended use, do not discard it with the
household rubbish but dispose of it in an environmentally safe way.
