number of year 2013 on (the year of manufacture is clearly indicated on the tool identification plate, followed the
serial number) and whose function is "A powered machine appropriate to clear lawns, paths, ways, streets, etc.
of leaves and other material by means of a high velocity air flow or to clean by means of a high velocity air flow
and suitable for collecting leaves and other debris using a suction device consisting of a power source which
