When the back-and-forth lever is at "F", the machine
moves forward and when it is at "R", the machine
moves backward.
The machine equips "HOLD TO RUN" system. You
must maintain your order about the lever, if not,
the lever move alone to "NEUTRAL" position.
When changing forward and backward movements
each other, stop the lever at the "Neutral" position
first. Make sure that the machine stops and then set
the lever to "F" or "R" again. Do not operate the back-
and-forth lever abruptly.
Operating the back-and-forth lever abruptly causes the machine to move suddenly. It is dangerous.
You can adjust the travel speed from 0km/h to 3.5km/h without stage by changing the lever position.
To stop the machine, set the accelerator lever at the "Stop" position and wait until the engine stops completely.
Then, set the key to "OFF".
During the engine start process, do not set the key to "OFF".
★ When you carry out the work, set the accelerator lever to the "Run" position.
If the engine rotary speed is insufficient, the machine work efficiency will be lowered.
7.3.1 CAUTION WHEN THE HAND GUIDE ROLLER MOVES BACKWARD
If you are behind the control handle and step
backward when the hand guide roller moves
backward, you may fall to be run over or collide
against some obstacle. Look toward the moving
direction, place yourself at the right or left of the
handle and operate the machine.
