Initial setting
Wind up the watch until the second hand starts to run by turning the
crown at least 40 times before wearing it for the first time.
Time setting
Pull out the crown carefully to position 1 and set the current time by
turning the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise. Once finished push the
crown carefully back in to place.
