If you smell gas:

Shut off gas to the appliance.

Extinguish any open flame.
3.
If odor continues, keep away from the appliance
and immediately call your gas supplier or your
fire department.
WARNING:
It is the consumer's responsibility to see that the BLACKSTONE Griddle is properly assembled,
installed, and maintained. Failure to follow the instructions in this manual could result in bodily injury
and/or property damage.
FOR YOUR SAFETY IF YOU SMELL GAS:
1. Turn off gas supply at tank.
2. Extinguish all open flames; do not operate any electrical appliances.
3. Ventilate the area.
4. Check for leaks as detailed in this manual.
PRECAUTIONS:
1. Leak test all connections after each tank refill.
2. Never check for leaks with a match or open flame.
3. Do not store gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other
appliance.
4. Any LP cylinder not connected for use shall not be stored in the vicinity of this or any
other appliance.
5. Do not store a spare LP-gas cylinder under or near this appliance.
