KEY LOCK OPERATION

The cash drawer has a three position key lock (Figure 2) and the
fully counter clockwise lock position offers maximum security. The
cash drawer cannot be opened by printer signal or an individual
when the lock is in the full counter clockwise position. With the
lock in the center position, the drawer will open when an electronic
pulse is received from the POS printer.
