ASSEMBLING PROCEDURE OF THE WHEELBARROW
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL MONTAJE DE LA CARRETILLA
Importante: antes de dar o aperto final dos parafusos é recomendado
fazer a montagem de todo o conjunto.
Important: before you give the last twist to the screws it is recommended to assemble the
whole set.
Importante: antes del aprieto final en los tornillos se recomienda ensamblar todas las piezas
del conjunto.
1-) Introduza os terminais plásticos (3), nas
extremidades do chassi (2), (A).
1-) Put the plastic terminals (3) on the ends
the chassis (2), (A).
1-) Introduzca los terminales plásticos (3),
en las extremidades del chasis (2), (A).
3-) Fixe agora nos pés de chapa (5), o reforço do pé (6) com os parafusos (13), arruelas (12) e porcas (8), (D).
3-) Fix the metallic feet (5) and the feet reinforcement (6) with the screws (13), washers (12) and nuts (8), (D).
3-) Fije en los pies de chapa (5) el refuerzo del pie (6) con los tornillos (13), arandelas (12) y tuercas (8), (D).

4-) Faça a montagem do conjunto roda, eixo, chassi e reforço frontal. Para tanto, introduza o eixo (9) na roda
(7), encaixe uma bucha espaçadora (10) e um mancal (11) em cada um dos lados do eixo (9), (E). Depois faça a
fixação do mancal (11) e o conjunto montado (eixo, bucha e roda) com o chassi (2), os reforços frontais (4) na
parte frontal do chassi com os parafusos (15), mais as arruelas (12) e as porcas (8), (F).
4-) Assemble the set wheel, axis, chassis and front reinforcement. Insert the axis (9) in the wheel (7), fit the spacer
sleeve (10) and one wheel support (11) in both the sides of the axis (9), (E). After this fix the wheel support (11) and the
assembled set (axis, spacer sleeve and wheel) on the chassis (2), the front reinforcement (4) on the frontal part of the
chassis with the screws (15), the flat washers (12) and the nuts (8), (F).
4-) Ensamble el conjunto rueda, eje, chasis y refuerzo frontal. Para tanto introduzca el eje (9) en la rueda (7), ponga un
buje espaciador (10) y un soporte de la rueda (11) en cada uno de los lados del eje (9), (E). Después fije el soporte de la
rueda (11) y el conjunto montado (eje, buje y rueda) con el chasis (2), los refuerzos frontales (4) en la parte frontal del
chasis con los tornillos (15), las arandelas lisas (12) y las tuercas (8), (F).

2-) Com a caçamba (1) virada com o bocal para baixo, apoie sobre ela o chassi (2) e os pés de chapa (5), fazendo
coincidir seus furos (B). Em seguida, introduza os parafusos (14) nos furos e fixe o conjunto todo (caçamba, chassi
e pés de chapa), com as arruelas (12) e porcas (8), (C).
2-) With the bucket (1) face down, put the chassis (2) and the metallic feet (5), matching the holes (B). Next, put the screws (14) in
the holes and secure the entire assembly (bucket, chassis and metallic feet) with the washers (12) and nuts (8), (C).
2-) Con la caja (1) dada vuelta hacia abajo, apóyela sobre el chasis (2) y los pies de chapa (5), haciendo coincidir sus agujeros (B).
En seguida, introduzca los tornillos (14) en los agujeros y fije todo el conjunto (caja, chasis y pies de chapa), con las arandelas (12)
y tuercas (8), (C).

5-) Finalize a montagem prendendo as outras extremidades do suporte frontal (4) na caçamba (1) com os
parafusos (13), arruelas (12) e porcas (8), (G).
5-) End the assembling fixing the edges of the frontal support (4) on the bucket (1) with the screws (13), washers (12)
and nuts (8), (G).
5-) Finalice el ensamble fijando las otras extremidades del soporte frontal (4) en la caja (1) con los tornillos (13), arandelas
(12) y tuercas (8), (G).

6-) Faça o aperto final em todos os parafusos.

6-) Tighten all screws.
6-) Apriete bien todos los tornillos.
