3. Before use

Clean the appliance (
completely.
Place the appliance on a firm, level and stable
surface. Allow at least 50 cm of space to walls
or other objects.
For fan mode, no installation is required. The
appliance can be used as is.
For air conditioning/heating/dehumidifying mode:
NOTE: The exhaust duct can be extended (27cm -
150cm) by pulling its two sides apart, if necessary.
Do not stretch or bend it excessively, as this will
affect cooling efficiency.
Installation in horizontal/vertical sliding
windows:
NOTE: The window slider kit has been designed to fit
most vertical and horizontal sliding windows. It may
be necessary for you to modify some aspects of the
installation procedure for certain window types.
1. Fit the window slider kit between the window
frame and the sliding window.
2. Adjust the length of the window slider kit
according to the width/height of the window (67.5
- 120 cm). When you have found the right length,
tighten the two screws on the kit to keep the
length in place.
3. Carefully lower/close the sliding window to keep
the slider kit in place.
Optional: Secure the slider kit with four screws
from the provided screw set.
4. Connect the exhaust duct with its back
attachment and the flat front attachment.

5. Connect the back attachment to the back air
outlet by turning the attachment clockwise.
6. Fit the flat front attachment into the opening of
the window slider kit.
Installation in walls:
1. Make a hole into the wall according to the size of
the wall exhaust cap. Place the hole in a height
between 30cm and 120cm.
2. Insert the wall exhaust cap into the hole in the
wall.
3. Connect the exhaust duct with its back
attachment and the round front attachment.
4. Connect the back attachment to the back air
outlet by turning the attachment clockwise.
5. Open the wall exhaust cap in the wall. Fit the
round front attachment into the open cap.
6. If you don't use the appliance, detach the exhaust
duct with its attachments. Close the hole with the
wall exhaust cap.
Without installation:
1. Connect the exhaust duct with its back
attachment and the flat front attachment.
2. Connect the back attachment to the back air
outlet by turning the attachment clockwise.
3. Open a window slightly.
4. Fit the flat front attachment into the window
opening.
For dehumidifying mode:
1. Screw off the cover of the drain outlet. Then
remove the plug from inside the drain outlet.
2. Attach the drain hose to the drain outlet. Make
sure it sits tightly.
3. Direct the other end of the drain hose into a
vessel to catch the water. Make sure not to
bend the hose excessively and always direct it
downwards.
4. Operation
NOTE: The buttons on the remote control can be
used exactly as the buttons on the appliance.
NOTE: During operation, the compressor is switched
on and off automatically in order to maintain the set
temperature.
