If you have problems with the transceiver, follow the procedures in the following table and
if the problems persist reset the transceiver or contact the Technical Service.
PROBLEM
The transceiver cannot be
powered ON.
The battery charge is too
short to use.
The
receiving
flashing, but nothing is
heard from the speaker.
The keypad does not work. Make sure that the key lock function is not enabled.
In
standby
mode,
transceiver
will
automatically
even
[PTT] is not pressed.
Some functions cannot be
stored normally.
Interference
signals
other communications are
received from other user
groups.
The battery may be exhausted, please change the new
battery or re-charge it.
The battery was not installed correctly, please reinstall it.
The battery life is over, please change a new battery.
The battery is not fully charged.

Make sure that the volume is set correctly.
Make sure that the CTCSS/DCS settings are the same as
the other transceivers in your user group.
Make sure that the mute mode is correct.
