Using the beer and wine cooler
6.1
Cooling the beer keg or wine bag

Precool the keg or wine bag in a refrigerator.
Remove the wine bag from the box and place it in the inner cage.
The beer and wine cooler needs some time to cool a keg or wine
bag from ambient temperature to the desired temperature.
➤ Push the drip tray (fig. 1 1, page 3) under the cooler.
➤ Take off the hood (fig. 1 3, page 3).
➤ Select the seals which fit the tap on your keg or wine bag:
– for beer kegs which are emptied by pressing the tap (fig. 4 A,
page 4):
place seal inserts (1) with smaller cut-out in seal (2) (fig. 5, page 4)
– for beer kegs which are emptied by turning the tap (fig. 4 B,
page 4):
place seal inserts (1) with larger cut-out in seal (2) (fig. 5, page 4)
– for wine bags:
use seal for wine bags (fig. 1 8, page 3)
➤ Put the bottom part of the seal into the groove (fig. 2 1, page 3) on the
cooler.
➤ Put the beer keg (fig. 2 2, page 3) into the cooler or ...
➤ ... Put the wine bag in the inner cage (fig. 3 2, page 4) into the cooler.
➤ Put the top part of the seal into the groove of the hood (fig. 1 3, page 3).
➤ Put on the hood (fig. 1 3, page 3).
➤ Connect one end of the 100–240 V cable (fig. 1 4, page 3) to the cooler.
➤ Connect the other end of the 100–240 V cable (fig. 1 4, page 3) to the
mains.
✓ The beer and wine cooler starts cooling automatically.
➤ Set the desired temperature and fan level using the sliding switch (fig. 6,
page 4).
